Semi-Final Saturday is one of the best days of the season for a Minnesota High School hockey fan, here’s a quick recap of all the games played:

• Maple Grove defeated Champlin Park 6-1 at Furniture and Things Maple Grove in the Class 2A, Section 5 semifinal.
• Wayzata secured a decisive 7-0 victory against Holy Angels at Bloomington Ice Garden in the Class 2A, Section 6 semifinal.
• Grand Rapids outplayed Rock Ridge, winning 6-2 at Amsoil Arena in the Class 2A, Section 7 semifinal.

• Hibbing/Chisholm beat Cloquet/Esko/Carlton 4-2 at Amsoil Arena in the Class 1A, Section 7 semifinal.
• New Ulm beats Mankato East 6-3 in the Section 3A semi-final game, they will now play Marshall for a chance to head to the X.
