To enter please complete the form in its entirety and hit submit.  This is just for fun and to get some of these players on your radar for this season.  Contest rules:
Based on total points for the weekend, 1 goal is 1 point, 1 assist is one point.  For goalies a win is worth 1 and a shutout is worth 2 points.  We will total up all points from your team based on the stats available.
Hint: some teams will play multiple games so check schedules first!
