Grant Slukynski who played his high school hockey in Warroad MN will attend Northern Michigan University. The 6’1″ 198 pound Center scored 199 points in 85 games and led the Warriors to a 3rd place finish at the state tournament in 2019-2020. From high school he spent 2 seasons with the Fargo Force of the USHL and spent the past 2 seasons with the Sioux City Musketeers of the USHL. Grant is a skilled skater with excellent vision and should see plenty of ice time for Northern Michigan. Its good to see another Minnesota hockey player heading on to another level.
